Cheers for the New Year!
Posted: 2004-12-31 12:41 AM
Hi Britman,
Thanks for signing my guestbook. I know I've been truant lately but I've really been occupied lately and cant spend as much time as I used to in Globo. I promise to do more next year. You know how I like to sit down and write my reports with a lot of attention to detail and insights and I know I wouldnt do a good job if I did it too quickly. I've been trying to allocate time to write a report on Bad Schandau .. the second mountain range I've ever climbed but .... time does not permit me yet.
Anyway, heres to wishing you a happy new year filled with opportunities, success and happiness ... and more travels of course!
Take good care!
Cheers.
Farizan.

Hi Brit and Thanks

I have plenty of other photos to upload and I will do it progressively. As far as the travel reports are concerned I will try to do my utmost if I have time. At the moment I am on school holiday, but I am most of the time very busy with my occupations (teaching + translating-interpreting + guiding visitors in Tahiti). And in addition these reports have to be made very carefully to be up to the quality of yours.
Happy New Year to you Brit

Hello Brit,
I hope you did not decide to catch a flight to Thailand over the holidays and you stayed where you told me. I am so sorry to hear about all the demage in Thailand. As far as I have heared Koh Samui is not inside the demaged area as it is on the other site of Thailand in oposit to Kho Phi Phi.
Hopfully your house is still intact.
Best regards,
Andy

was a treat to read your account of sri lanka. Being a sri lankan myself it is so invigorating to get an outsiders . view point! I loved the pictures you had on lanka. It really seemed like you have captured the true essence of this country, which not many people do.
Take care and hope to hear from you soon and read more on your accounts of around the world!

Hey Britman,
Happy holidays to you.
I'm just off scuba-diving (ha ha ha), but first I wanted to say thanks for the vote of confidence, you are very kind.
Wishing you all the best for 2005.

Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year to you and family

Thank you Brit for these words and your wishes. I want to express mine in the same way.
I have been a Globosapiens member for so little time, but I have undestood and checked that it is a living community with lots of high quality members.
Yourself and some others are the sheer examples of the best the Internet should be able to yield.
Cheers!

Thank you Brit for that brilliant presentation of one of the most famous landmarks in the world, even more photogenic than the Horn which draws its fame rather from its dangerous waters than from its shape or mass.
