Hey Brit,
Im having allsorts of fun and games trying to down load photos, I got a couple on but there are some stuck in Adobe that say Its a britmap thing and it needs to be a jpg to get in here. Mate Im so confused are there any sites maybee on the internet that will talk novices such as myself through this process.
Also I have this scanner thing and Adobe picture enhancing thing so I can touch up the old photos but its taking me ages to sort it all out. At least it keeps the old grey cells occupied.

By coincidence i had a large Bowmore mariner 15 year in hand as i read your message (and am currently reading Ian Banks - Raw Spirit on the whole single malt scene)!

Just got finnished with reading some of your reports Britman. They were awesome and I truly see what you mean about how the pictures put in a finnishing touch to a report. Outstanding.
I finally have a scanner so Ill be posting some pretty pictures of my own soon.

Hello Brit,
Thank you so much for the welcome and the kind words re: the photos :) I definitely agree with you that Thessaloniki is beautiful, most beautiful part of Greece. Many of us here in Thessaloniki, consider it the "heart of Greece". Thanks for the idea, there are many times in going out with family & friends, certain locations, sceneries, even cafe's that I have thought I'd like to share with others. Especially for those who'd like to see more of Greece... I mean the beaches are wonderful -and I'm a definite fan, but I love nature and feel Greece has so much more to offer then just the beaches-though they are awesome. ;)
The best part is that I was born in Greece, but grew up in US, and have moved here 3 years ago... so it's a great adventure as I re-discover Thessaloniki myself.
Again, thanks and I will plan to add a report on Thessaloniki as well as couple of the islands on Greece. Take care! and hey, where in UK do u live?

Wow thanks again for the nice entry you have made in my guestbook. I must admit, I have been so engrossed in doing up the webpage that I've maxed out my quota too soon.

I enjoyed reading your reports very much and also many of the others who have such a flair at writing their experiences. I am only a novice but with such high quality reports and pages as my inspiration, I hope I can improve on the quality of my articles.

I think the community is really great, there is so much to see, read and do.

Please send me a test e mail at hidimban@yahoo.co.uk asap. Yes I can help you with various details on Kerala and there is going to be a big travel mart happening at Kochi from 30 September to the 2nd October 2004. If you can manage to take a week off during that time we can try and get you an official invitation as well. Yes I shall soon publish reports on both Kochi and Kozhikode here at GLOBOsapiens for all the community to see. There are websites etc. Shall let you know direct as soon as I receive your e mail.
