In the midst of a month of heavy religious processions, there was one parade that stuck out because it had a sense of humor. Smoking llamas, luring the Cuy (guinea pigs- they are a delicacy there and live wild in the house until they are made into dinner), commentary on politicians and history, "The REAL Peru"...I loved it.
I also LOVED your Bryce Canyon album! I saw it the other day when you put it up, but ran out of time to say something. My parents love the desert, and I've got great memories of hiking the deserts and canyons in Utah and Arizona, not to mention all the rock climbing stories from my parents! Thanks for the memories and fantastic slide show!
