Those Iguasse falls are really beautiful but nothing compares do northeastern Brazil' s "Lencois Maranhenses". If you ever have a chance go there, for much much cheaper flight and hotel fares. If you' d like kilometers of white beaches, both salt and river water, very close to each other, nobody on none. Enormous sand desert with blue water swimming pools (from the rain) 1 meter deep. Try Lençois Maranhenses (from Barreirinhas).

Papeete slide show

Hi Amanda,
Very glad you loved Papeete's slide show. As I have reached the maximum uploadable amount of pics for January, the only thing I can do now is making up new slide shows. In February I will add photos to the various slide shows already existing. And I also will have more time until then to browse through the thousands of Globo pictures.

btw.. the brown colouring is contributed because of the algae...

Just Chilling

I bet it was a wonderful vacation for you on the islands:) the picks are so pretty,and scenic.I like especially "Just Chilling"-the sea is so calm and shallow so i'm able to see white sand through the water. The palm tree on the forground completes this great image.
Thank you very much for seeing my slide show,if you have not visited Lake Tahoe yet-you should,you are going to like it ,i'm shure.

I've just done a report on Lisbon. I don't think it overlaps too badly with yours but I have mentioned yours once specifically as covering Belem better than I could.
