Hi Hugh, this picture is amazing, touching... How on earth could you take it? I mean it is a close-up, they seem so calm!

Hi Hugh
Thanks for the comment. I admit I like this one myself and I hoped it was worth 5*. Still, it's lucky we don't all agree, I suppose.
Cheers, David

Hi Hugh!
Oh! How interesting!! And... Churns? strange name :P I had no idea about that name, not even about the function they have. Forgive my ignorance please, but most of the people here use them mostly for collect the milk as i told u before. Anyhow, thank you for the explanation.
And thank you again for your comments about my pictures, yes, you are right, my pictures and yours from Ireland seems like if they had been tooken in the same place. Maybe is just our taste for choosing sceneries and targets.
Have a good day!

Hi Hugh!
I really appreciate your comments, especially coming from you, I have seeing your pictures, and they are simply great, all of them are postcard worthy!!! I like more the Ireland ones, so beautiful landscapes, nice work with lights and shadows!
Regarding your question, yes, that entire region, Cajamarca, is dedicated to the dairy industry mainly. And those things beneath the table in the picture are milk bottles, those big ones… I don’t know the exact name in English, sorry :(
Thanks again and thanks for sharing your pictures too, I have rated them, and i would like to see more soon…
