but it will get! should go on like that...
but it will get better with ripening time as with good emmental cheese that takes at least a year to ripe and gets tastier the older it gets!

The point where I took this shot is at the corner of the Emmental, the cheese however is produced in a wider area than the geographical boundaries...

I still got a project in mind of writing a report about the emmental region and emmental cheese... anyway I'm already taking pics when I drive through... which I do quite often on my motorbike ;-) but it will get!

Hugh, thanks for your comments, this was a fascinating building both inside and out. And it's marble interior cannot be described, as it is so beautiful.

I was a little disappointed though, because the man in the picture just wouldn't leave. I waited there over five minutes, in the end I just took the picture.
