sounds like you will be getting into another adventure after your russian odessey!

mmmm...polynesia is definitely in my list of places to visit.. very tempting to get away on an adventure with u !! alas.. i will be in india from 27 jan to 10 feb. :(

perhaps one day we will get a chance to travel together!! just keep my updated on your travel plans.

The 10/100 monthly GLOBOquota for pictures-per-month is great and protects us from flooding of family-vacaction-pics but I think members that continuously make quality contributions to GLOBO like you do should be rewarded with extra web-space. For your MoM July2005 award, staff should automatically give you an extra allowance! ... RR

I'm always pleased to see your "Nights were magical in French Antarctica Islands" when I browse through the top rated pictures. This is a really outstanding picture and its top position is well deserved. I also enjoyed your slide show, it gives a good impression of this remote place for all those, who don't have the opportunity to go there. It's just a pity that you have date and time on some slides.

Congratulations again Jorge! Thanks for your info about the ship to Tristan... What a coincidence! Yes, I plan to go there in 2006... I am already booked for the Russian expedition ship "Maryshev" sailing on Feb 24th from Ushuaia. It will call Tristan on March 17 & 18. I hope that 2 days are enough to see this tiny island. Maybe there will be a chance to meet you there...

A warm welcome again. First French Indian and Arctic Territory and now far eastern Russia, this 2005 must have been the coldest year for you and extreamly extended winter!!!

Congratulations for the successful adventure and also at GLOBO for reaching the all-time GLOBOtop20 and that within only half a year. Thanks for all the details on your far-our and special expeditions.

Staff is still sweating with extending the databank, a pity that your Kiril pictures are uploaded under Sachalin, hope this (and also FSaAT) will be fixed soon, I will push! RR
