thanks a lot for your congrats!! It was easy to take this picture in the late afternoon sun - surrounded by a lot of great other views there at Highway 1.

I just crossed the Darien gap, safe. Now i try to find a cargo boat or a sailing boat to go back to Spain without taking a plane since Alaska.

You seemed like you had a wonder time in this region (as did I). Even though we went to similar places your experience seems so different than mine - what was your favourit bit?

I loved your aerial pictures of Kotor, I'm so jealous...

Many thanks for your kind words about the album. I really liked Khiva, although I only stayed one day. It is indeed very small but so lovable.

now i am waiting for... let us say, deportation. i am in chukotka without passport, and the erussians will send me to usa, if they accept me i will pay for the charter plane ticket there, if not... i can't come back to chukotka, especial situation. i hope everything will be ok, then i will hitchike to panama and will cross this time the darien gap, i hope.
