Goreme - Church with Sandals's by siffer

Goreme - Turkey, Nev¶ehir One of the smallest churches at the Goreme Open Air Museum dates to the 11th C and includes two free standing pillars in support of the domed roof. Its small brightly painted figures include by far the largest number of angels depicted with an emphasis on the events surrounding the Crucifixion.
