The first time we went to Cape town was back in 1998. We drove into the Western Cape province from Namibia and we could see the scenery were Cape town is famous of from some 70 K's away: The Table mountain!

Favourites spots are: Victoria Wharf waterfront, the whole cape peninsuela with the astonishing Chapman's Peak Drive and the National Park, Simonstown, Bloubergstrand when there is no wind... and of course the Table mountain.

What I liked was the relaxed atmosphere in the city center during our stroll along Long street and the cafe's. The whole Cape peninsuela is a dream...
