My family have been to Jim Corbett Park in this April .. Jim Corbett Park is 330 km away from Delhi and well connected by road and train. We have reached in Park after 6.hours drive by car We stayed Manu Maharani Resorts. to have first experience of a Nature Park. This resorts is very beautiful with nice location and having all facilities. I have been told that park located is in the foothills of the Himalayas . Home to a variety of flora and fauna, it is famous for its wild population of Tigers, Leopards and Elephants. Corbett national park was established in 1936, as the Hailey National Park. India's first national park and the first sanctuary to come under Project Tiger, Corbett supports a variety of vegetation making it the ideal habitat for the Tiger and its prey. First day, we went to forest in open jeep arranged by Hotel .we have seen Deer, Sambhar, Hog Deer, barking Deer, Wild Bear, Goral, Elephants, Langur, but fail to Find any Tiger. But it was very nice experience. Second day in the morning We went jungle and we book an elephant to see the Tiger. At 6.30 in the morning we saw a Tiger sitting with his prey. It was great experience for me and for my children.. I have enjoyed that trip.

This is not bad for a first submission. I suggest that you read some of the submissions by DavisX or Mistybleu to see how others write their reports. That could help you in the future. You started off well, but then you faded.

Nice family adventure, very similar to what we done from Johannesburg > Kruger Park. Expanding "whats really great", "Favorite Spots" and pictures will make this a ***** report. Is bumpy jump like bungy jumping? |
