I saw this hotel being built and really want to stay when it opened. Five years later I achieved this. Before I stayed there, I read a few reviews where they said it wasn't personal. I can completely understand whilst it is a great hotel and thoroughly enjoyed staying there it wasn't personal, you couldn't move without your key card and getting to the skypark with the network of lifts was annoying. But the skypark was brilliant and very enjoyable.
