Sabine, I've really enjoyed your contribution to this website, I espeically like your pictures of the Joshua Trees, something I'd never seen before.

I really did think I had congratulated you before on your MoM - but they tell me it's never too late. I think you play a most valucable role on Globo and I am delighted to see it recognised.

I just watched your slide show form Marocco, and I enjoyed a lot. Our planet is so beautiful, and it's fantastic that in F.ex Marocco we can find lovely culture, buildings and of course beautifull nature. I especially love the picture with the few houses close to the mountains.

Lovely to see your photos all very good quality and composition. January is a good time to visit, but I suppose Essaouira was quite windy and the Atlas cold. I remember a very cold holiday in Morocco in January when we visited the south. Most of the hotels where we stayed had no heating, but loads of blankets. We needed every single one.

I think I would like to do one on Savannah. Like I wrote to my best friend in San Francisco, there is so much history in the South and it is so easy to be interested when you live here. Not as old as European history but still exciting.

Sabine, what is the new destination posting about? Does that mean you are going to there or you have been there and suggesting it as a new destination?
I don't remember those names from reading your reports or maybe I need to re-read them.

Hi Rafal,
thanks for your congratulations. This award and all the feedbacks from Globo members are motivating for me.
Tenerife is my favourite island, I' will be there again over Christmas and New Year to relax (no trekking) and enjoy the sun and the warmth.
