Hi Jorge,
thank you for reading my reports and telling me all the niceties.
As I started travelling I was a tourist and I loved it. But one day I bought a tent and started hiking, mostly alone: i.e. the East Beach Walk on the Islands on the Sea (the Queen Charlotte Islands). It was one of the highlights and another one I did with a friend was the West Coast Trail on Vancouver Island. More and more I avoided the big towns and the mass of people. Then I decided to do all the things I never did, i.e. kayaking off Spring Island off the coast of Vancouver Island, horse back riding in Kyrgyzstan. Then I started to go east. Woyciech sent me his report about Bhutan and made me curious. And I went. There are so many places where I can meet the people or at least see them. I don't know how it happened. Maybe travelling alone has another quality, two are a party, one is someone to take care of.

Hi Jorge, Y
you don't know how timid I am, but ... ever now and then I have to prove myself how far I can go. I always want to know the limit I can endure.

Saludos!
