Eastbourne is a typical south coast town with a big Pier and so I've been told the sunniest weather in Britain. Lot's of pensioners spend their free time here so the town and boardwalks are flocked with elderly people. What attracts me in Eastbourne is not the town but it's coastal area west of the city. The white cliffs at Beachy Head and the rolling hills of the Downs is great for walks.
Favourite spots:
Beachy Head and the hills are the best places to be when you are at Eastbourne.
What's really great:
Walking the Downs with my brother in law Dave. We finished the day with a cold Lager at Beachy Head Pub.
