It is difficult to find a good cup of coffee in Jogjakarta unless you are a fan of starbucks....... Let me tell you Ministry of Coffee makes a hell of a good cup of coffee, a place where the staff give you good friendly service with a touch of professionilism ........... Chocolate cake to die for..... It is a new place to hang out. you can even catch a movie at the weekends for free and sip your coffee. They have a food menu with a few western dishes which are also good and well priced. Yes, they have rooms too at Rp price and not dollars like everyone else. Take a look for yourself I'm sure you will not be disappointed.

The library on the 2nd floor is good for the traveller and they have a good choice of other titles to suit the individual reader

The staff all speak English and the place is clean and homely

They have 8 well pointed very clean rooms each has aircon....... YES ! and HOT WATER what else can you ask for?
