Tampa wasnt just a tourist destination for me..I have had a chance to live there ....I was a tourist yet a local..Would love to get back there ...Dont know if i would ever be able to...phew!
Tampa wasnt just a tourist destination for me..I have had a chance to live there ...for a brief period of time An amazing city..with amazing folks...all surrounded by beaches..closeby...L-ife was just wonderful... Its the right place to live if you would have to have tourism also as a part of ur life..you will be a tourist..yet a local to live..:)

Everything out there... The place, the people, the climate, the culture..Just lovely

Just love the cuisine...Italian food is amazing...I happen to be a veggie..so cannot comment about the so called wonderful seafood as my friends say..
Other recommendations:
One memorable place for me is the Bayshore drive...in Tampa city..just love walks on it on nice evenings..late..just want them back in my life
I lived off of Fletcher as well, in the early 1970's. It was down 15th street.
We used to spend a lot of time at the bars on Nebraska as well as going
to Bellair beach on the weekends. Lots of nice girls!
