Erevan report

Dear Christl,
It breaks my heart. It really does. I would love to give you five start for your beautifully narrated report on Armenia's capital. But I cannot. I am trying to adopt Rudi's criteria of rating. The restaurants section is virtually empty. Unfortunately it will unlikely help travellers there. You also made a few comments in German in the nightlife section, which I am not sure I understand. Your photos are superb!
I was wondering if you'd have time to make some enhancements, because I would not want to rate the report below 5 stars, really. I enjoyed reading it.

Hi Christl,
I am sure you will enjoy Armenia! It is such a great place. I hope you will not miss Khor Virap, a very interesting church complex (a monastery), located dramatically at a backdrop of the Mount Ararat.

Mixed bag....

Christl,
I just read you travelog of Vietnam and Cambodia and I see you have some mixed emotions about the places you visited.
I remeber the heat when I was there. It was unbearable, I found myself trying to get to the nearest air conditioned building or bus as soon as possible.
I'm sure it was an incredible journey for you and even with the heat you wouldn't have put it off. It is the price we must pay for our desire to travel.

Dear Christl,
thank you very much for sharing your great long letter about your last stunning trip with me. I've been very glad to read this excellent individual description and also very impressed by the personal destinies you described. Guess, at some places you were lucky to find some authentic relicts still. May people in these countries soon find a way to build a future without demolition and fear!
