Hi Sabine!
I am so sorry that the weather didn't cooperate with the balloons when you were in New Mexico. I hope you got to see some of them. Did You get to see any more of New Mexico? Santa Fe is very nice, but I really like the entire state. There's something about the desert that seems particularly magical to me. Maybe because I grew up in the Pacific Northwest (Oregon & Washington), where it rains too much. Everything is green though! I am happy that you enjoyed the photo. Thanks again, James

Sabine,
Thanks so much for reading and rating my report.
We are the lucky few (milllions) who have been able to experience the beauty of the Grand Canyon. I hope I helped you to re-live some of your own experiences.
Good luck

Hi Sabine,
Many thanks for reading the Sri Lanka report and indeed for rating it so highly. It was such an enjoyable trip and so cheap too. It really is going to boom there soon and it will be difficult to get accommodation unless they build lots soon.
Your Kruger trip seemed fantastic - I was there almost 20 years and it was magical. That was my first taste of wild life and big game. I would love to do a tiger hunt in India - ohhhhh well I can dream!
Again many thanks and keep your excellent reports and pictures coming too.
Cheers, Brit

Report on Rye
Posted: 2004-11-18 05:10 AM
Hi Sabine,
I loved your story on Rye.
I missed going there last time but I believe the town is really famous for it's book shops? Being a huge Barbara Erskine fan who has written many books centred in the area it is on my list for the next time I visit the UK.
Happy travels,
Cheers,
Kerrie
P.S I loved the photo of Camber Sands!

Hey Sabine, your pictures are brilliant, up close and personal. You must have had a superb vacation. I’m meant to be going in 2006 but after seeing your shots that seems such a long time from now. What was the best part of your journey?

Dear Sabine
The slide show you have made on Kruger National Park
Is out of this world-I ‘m personally like the elephant images
Outstanding, and you make people to go there!
Best to you travel and discovery of our amazing Planet.
