I'm glad you liked my picture of Maligne Lake. I'm hoping to visit the mountains several times this summer and take a bunch of pcitures of lakes, mountains, rivers, and waterfalls.

Ive noticed quite a few reef pictures from you and assume you are also a scuba diver. Even for just snorkelling, try visit the Cayman Islands one day, birthplace of commercial scuba and an underwater wonderland. Your pics enspire me to start listing GLOBO pictures for the photographic forum and a "THEME:Underwater" one day. Underwater pics are extremely difficult to take, so appreciate yours very much!

Thanks for the comment and grade.
I taught in Manchester 20 years and have visited friends there frequently since.
Oddly enough I don't honestly know how much I like it - but there's a great deal of history and interest there. You really need to be in touch with a Manchester enthusiast, if you go again. It's so easy to miss things - look at me only last month being shown two significant buildings!

Thanks for the comment and sorry about the lack of pics. Perhaps I can persuade my sons to oblige. I think they're going up next week!
If you do go, mail me first about route - I'm afraid many people only go up once and take what I think a ;ong dreary trudge, when there is some wonderful scenery to be seen.
