Hi Amanda,
Glad to hear that you and your family are ok after yesterdays mayhem in London. Terrible, scary scenes unfolding took me right back to the city I know so very well and all the wonderful friends I acquired in England during my long 25 years there. I am praying for all those who were sadly and unfortenately caught up in this unnecessary and brutal act. I just cannot understand human beings. Animals are no doubt far higher spiritually.
It really took the gloss off the visit of my only daughter next week. But as we all know life must go on and my prayers are with the prime Minister Mr Blair and the Londoners today and for days to follow.
Take care, we are all with you. Hope your friends who were caught up in the blast recover quickly,
Kris

Amanda, I am new to this, but I really enjoued you description of Cairns. I have a friend who lives in Sydney and she is adament that we visit Cairns when we visit her next March 2006.
Were you traveling by yourself or with a group? My wife and I have lived in teh Philippines a long time ago, but we really wanted to visit Australia. Your posting will be good reading for her.

Hi Amanda,

thank you for having a look at my latest pictures. Yes, the coloured Niagra Falls are special, first off all on the spot. But unfortunately it's unbelievable touristy there - no place to stay at for more than one night.
Warm regards, Christian

Hiya
Have been really enjoying Wimbledon until the weather did its usual trick! I took most of the 2 weeks off work so have watched hours of it.
I went in person last Wednesday, doing our usual camping in the queue on the Tuesday night. It was really good fun, great weather for it, and we got tickets in the front row, right opposite the umpire slap bang in the middle. Well worth the sleepless night.
I really must post my Paris trip story - Roland Garros was great. I just haven't had much time to be online since. I'll get onto it soon.
Enjoy the finals!
Emma
