Thank you Amanda and it will be wonderful when we do and culminate to whenever we cross over the pond and get to meet/dine and wine with us... ;)
Stay in touch and let the flow go like Enya sang the way she did.

"....once you have uploaded a picture two buttons will appear just above your list – the first being ‘upload next picture’. If you click on this one you will have to select the city and country again. But if you click on the button ‘Upload next picture same region’ then you should be able to upload pictures without selecting the city again, this does really save time..... But to be fair it really shouldn’t be a laborious task. I hope your system is running correctly."
My system is running smoothly. I would have expected, once a city or location is initially determined, I only have to submit without pause or further questions/buttons showing up with options posed. Anyway, I'll try again..., just need getting used to this system which is oddly new for me. Perhaps it has to do with the slides that I uploaded it to... but given the choice, I prefer the slides instead, thats my focus after all. I want to add the "interests" page, how or where do I find the edit tab/button? TQ 4yr help.

My heartfelt thanks for your entry in signing up which caused me another 15 minutes simply gazing at this Blog's site not really knowing how to reply....
Yes, I had to go back into my MBox and read carefully to see by which method your message came through...
I'm still flabbergested by this very cumbersome downloading of the pics last night... I was on GS itself between 01:00 t0 06:45 just to upload the 20-odd pics:(
Even when I read your postings, I find it rather hard to see who is actually posting or commenting on each other?
It was very exhaustive to upload just those few pics due to the fact of the repetitions asking for the town or city for every each and every picture...
This morning... I noticed, I was the only one with the slides... and that took me the whole night to work on it while most had theirs on a during location... so how do I know which and where each pic actually lands in?
I also want to exchange with you for assistance but see nowhere to type?

Travelling, our common passion
Posted: 2008-07-15 10:35 PM
Hola Amanda.
Thanks for your message.
Yes, soon I will be on the road again, but my conditions of travel are not very recommendable. Many people do not realize that sometimes travelling is cheaper than staying home, as is my case.
Happy travels to you too.

Amanda,
Thanks so much for your compliment! That's my favorite picture too! I have frames on my office wall that hold 3 8x10 photos each and I keep one set of pictures for each trip. That pic is definitely going to make the Egypt frame!
I am sure you experienced the same thing when you were on the Desert in Namibia - it is so amazing. Your tree photo will long be one of my favorites!
