Dear Hugh,thank you for your answer.Yes i'm from Russia,actually from the Western part of Ukraine;-from the city Lvov (Lviv).Lvov
Is the very old city –was established in I think 1356-very medieval with cobblestone narrow streets and gothic architecture .World famous Carpathian mounts ,even more picturesque (what I personally think) then Swiss alps are located within a stone throw .But we had left 28 years ago and live in San Francisco now ;-also one of the most appealing cities on the world.

Bolshoe vam spasibo for your great efforts on this wonderful site ,and I think we will be in touch for all this time now.If you need to ask me some questions ,I will be personally glad to answer as much as I can.If you need to exercise your Russian ,than your are very welcome as well.

thankz for leaving message in my guest book and liking my pictures,well i do play holi with full joy and enthusiasm ,as i whote in martin guest book that i will soon upload my own pictures of holi after i come from my leave.

Your wellcome !! I understand you, Russia is really nice iprobably waqs hard to leave that country.

I think that holidays were the best of my life, I really recomended to people go to Russia.

I don't really know about the real purpose... But you sure saw hindu people all colored up for religious reasons and there are also festivals where colors are thrown all over the place and so on... It's got some religious background that hindu people should be able to explain... Perhaps ravi could enlight us

All your pictures should be 5 stars in my rating system..:-) The composition, colors, subject..etc..
Will you write reports about the different areas. I'm curious about the Fire of God and the Magic Square.
