Hi Kryz
Posted: 2008-02-21 03:00 PM
last time you left a messaeg under my Iran report. Thanks for it. Iran is a beautiful country, interesting and amazing friendly people. I spend a 6 weeks there. the border visa is quite new, I heard about, but I am still not feeling well, buying an airticket any may stopped in Teheran at the airport...
Esfahan is my favorit place of course, but the north is less touristic. At the time I visit, most of the people been just on transit from Turkey to Pakistan.
Enjoy it.

Hi Krzysztof,
I am greatly impressed by your peaceful and beautiful pictures. Especially thanks for the African pics which reveal a scarcely known world for me. I look forward to your new uploads.
Best wishes, Geri

Creating a new destination
Posted: 2008-02-18 08:20 AM
..... to create a new place in the GLOBOdatabank you must be logged on, the click under the menu "Upload" > "Pictures" and to the right of the input mask you will see a button "suggest a new city". What is meant there is "suggest a new place" because you can suggest also the names of towns, villages, beaches, islands, lakes, mountains .....
See also the F.A.Q. forum thread:

Your Travel Tips as good as your Reports!
Posted: 2008-02-18 07:06 AM
I learnt to read all your travel tips, they are just as interesting as your reports. A pity you do not have more images to support the tips. Sketches, scans of receipts or souvenirs, maps or screenshots of homepages are allowed there too. A web-reference or contact would be useful but is not essential, one can always ask when one gets there. I know, these take a lot of time if done properly but bring the easiest participation points at GLOBO.

Your comment on my report about Karakol
Posted: 2008-02-16 12:50 AM
Hi Krzyzstof,
thank you for your comment. Kyrgyzstan is beautiful. I only have been to the east part around the Issyk Kul. I loved the Son Köl, the landscape is impressive. And riding horseback is wonderful.

Travel Plans

... you can see my current plans in my profile under 'comment', not too exiting this year while fighting poor finances and health: Dalmatian Coast (Balkan), Baltic States or Nizza, dream of Costa Rica (family), perhaps India or China in 2009?
I like your private website very much, very neatly done, very original. Statistics and private lists are great too.
