thanks so much for your comments on my pictures taken in Scanno. Actually it was a quick shot, because i did not have much time there, but it was the atmosphere of the street and flowers touching me somewhere in the heart. In China, we have a saying, if you make something by heart, that will be the most real thing. Your comments make me believe how right it is.

lieben Dank für Deinen Glückwunsch zum POM - und daß Du die Seeelefanten so magst. Die sind aber auch besonders. Zum einen, wenn du sie live und in Farbe vor Ort beobachten kannst und zum anderen als dankbares Fotomotiv. Und dann schreiben sie sich auch noch mit drei 'e' hintereinander ... :-))

Thank you so much for your very kind words. My English is not that great, and I have to admit that I do not spend enough time at Globo to ensure the reports are absolutely correct linguistically. It is more of casual writing, I know. When I have more time, I will try to revisit my reports and correct the English. For it is a public domain... :)

Hi Petra,
Thank you for your kind words. I really loved Zanzibar. I stayed an extra day there, despite a tight schedule, I loved it that much.
Bilbao was great as well. I landed there on Saturday evening and I could not believe how much nightlife there was! Everywhere - even under the bridges and in the car parks, where music was played from car stereos.
