Pitures from Fyn
Posted: 2008-12-06 04:21 PM
Hiya,
I am very glad that you like the pictures from the Danish island! It was wonderful to drive around and see all those flamboyant manor houses and castles. It is really so lovely there.
Kind regards

Writing styles

Hi Petra,
Thank you for your recent comments.
Oh yes, I would have deluded myself if I thought that my style of writing was universally loved. GLOBOsapiens is 'my travel website'. I put there what I want, really. :)

Midnight sun
Posted: 2008-11-30 07:42 PM
Hi Petra,
I went to see the midnight sun on the 20 June 2003. Some time ago, yes. But the experience and the incredible scenery have been engraved in my memory forever.
The photos help, too :)
Kindest regards
Krys
p.s. Many thanks indeed for an encouraging feedback, as always!

Braille without borders
Posted: 2008-11-29 09:34 AM
Hi Petra
have a look at their website if you want to know more.
It was such an experience!
I found the link in German!
http://www.braillewithoutborders.org/GERMAN/avisionofhope.html.
Life is getting better but it is not good to have a disability in Tibet as life is not addapted!. Only now their are staring to get braille on tablets or other things, but still not enough to be 100% independent!.
The kids were lovey!
Take care.

Turquoise Lake

Hi Petra
Yes it was so amazing, but the photos are 50 times less beautiful than the reality! The blue was so intense! it was really breathtaking!
Thanks for your comments.
Take care

Dubai
Posted: 2008-11-26 06:30 PM
Hey Petra,
Thanks for reading my report on Dubai; to be fair, even now I'm not sure whether I liked the place. I really wanted to go there to see this ever growing 'western' metropolis, but it seems a little confused with the mix of arab and western. I will probably have to go back just to double check.....
All the best

Mallorca pics
Posted: 2008-11-26 10:53 AM
Thanks for the compliment, Petra.
I wanted to show that there is more to Mallorca than the infamous 'Ballermann'.
We went to Palma a few years ago and, whilst there, on a day trip into the mountains. We promised ourselves that we would return one day and explore a bit more. We went for a week in October and it was great.
More pics to come.

Hallo Petra,
thank you for reading and rating my report on Valladolid.
I saw a TV program on the cenotes, caves and underground rivers in the Yucatan some time ago and it was absolutely fascinating. You can go cave diving but I was jsut happy to go for a swim!
All the best
liebe Gruesse
