I loved Salisbury and Stonehenge so much, as much as as Cairo and the Pyramids. Super pictures! Well done.
I noted also,

Its brilliant and invites so much to explore, specially as picture on the web! Rotate the pic 3° ACW then *****perfect? Some members get dizzy if the pic is not horizontally plane! ;-)

I have written this report on Versailles a year later... It has carried me to the memory many happy moments, I hope that it is worth also for you.

Hi
I've just had a short visit to my daughter and family in the Borders. I thought of taking them on a boat trip to the Farnes - until I phoned and discovered that it would cost £73.50. That's a bit much for one afternoon so I took them on a boat trip from North Berwick around Bass Rock. Have you been? If not, try to get there next time you are up in the gannets' long nesting season.
It's really good.
Cheers, David
I can't belive I'm saying this, but it was an honour to be voted MOTM, I really enjoy being a part of this site, and conversing with people from around the world, and some from by back garden.
Thanks for sparing the time to read and rate my report.
Did you travel around both the North and South Island of New Zealand, any favourite spots?
One of the things I missed doing was to climb a glacier, it didn't seem important to me then, but now I would cut off my right hand to have experienced that.
