for your message in my Guestbook.
I envy you your travels in South Amerika. One day I too hope to explore that part of our globe.

I love running my tours and enjoy showing my customers "My Backyard".
I run various type of tours, however with all of them we travel "Off the Beaten Track".
Some are tours for just two to 4 people.
Others are for small, usually Special Interst Groups, and Once per year I also run a 4x4 expedition.
Duration of my tours can be anything between 8 and 34 Days.
The prices vary from about AU$ 136 to over AU$ 200 p/p per day and it depends on such factors as destinations, duration, wether One-way or Roundtrips and often the number of participants.
My tours are not your typical Backpacker tours and prices are all inclusive.
I have several web pages, the one most up to date is
http://www.redcentre.com.au/australian-tours.htm
Sometimes when I have a vacant seat on a tour I my offer that at a reduced price.

Cheers,
Mike

Hello Willow,

yes, sometimes these photos are more amusing than the pictures everybody takes. They show that the journey really had been fun.

Just loved your BCN report!

Reading your latest report just took me back to my wonderful experiences there last summer. We share in a deep appreciation of Gaudi's works! Did you ever get to the Miro museum? I also thought that was a treat... I envy you for a whole six months there! Did you find the petty crime a problem, or did the theives ignore you because you knew how to look like a local? I heard many reports, and even witnessed one, but managed to get out myself unscathed. Anyway, it's fun getting to know you through your reports!
Best,

Liz

Hola Willow :)!

Que tal? Espero que muy bien!
Well, thanks for your messages. Yes, my trip to Argentina was wonderful. Argentina has always been one of my favourite places to see, the country is amazingly beautiful and there is so much to see! I have been to the NW, Igauzu, B. Aires and Patagonia. Patagonia has always been one of those lost places in the world in my imagination, so far-away and yest so mystical. The nature is so pure and everything is so vast and peaceful, it was just an incredible feeling to be there!
Also, thanks for the info about Domingo, yes, I know him, and he also knows how to contact me if he wants!
Take care and all the best, Neda

dust dust dust

Hi Willow,
No I didn't go to San Pedro de Atacama but I have been to some other dusty places. One of them them was a safari in Mikumi, Tanzania. Our car wasn't 'dustproof', and another dusty or rather sandy place was the sahara in south Morocco. We were in a sandstorm, very unpleasanr especially when wearing contct lenses.

Feels good that my small show is ok.

Posted: 2004-01-08 10:29 PM
Hi Willow,

thank you for having a look at my show. Yes, indeed, it has been a large trip for a first time trip. First I planned to go to Ecuador to have spanish lessons and see Galápagos, if there was enough time. In the end I missed to organise a course and made my journey. Now I have about 600 colour slides and 400 digital pictures to choose from.

The best thing of the journey was to meet all these people and to hear their stories. Yes, it has been a great time and I will do that again. Not only because I have to visit some new friends in Australia.

ciao, Joe
