I lived in Thailand for nearly 1/2 a year studying massage and perfecting the sport of beach bumming. It is the most beautiful country I have ever visited.
Favourite spots:
I enjoyed everything about Thailand. I have always said it is a huge playground for adults...it is full of dense rainforests, beautiful exotic animals and amazing islands.
What's really great:
The people of Thailand are amazing. It is a country where 90 percent of the population are Buddhists.
Sights:
Definately go trekking through the jungles!!!
Accommodations:
I would recommend staying in bungalows only if you are visiting the beaches. There is nothing like a bamboo hut on the beach.
