Mexico is a beautiful country full of culture, music, and tasty food. One can travel to Mexico during any time of the year and find warm weather. As I always say, "get out of the tourist scene" and find the real Mexico.
Favourite spots:
Ixtapa is a fairly new beach town that was built within the last 30 years. It was once a coconut village until the government decided to turn it into a tourist attraction.
What's really great:
If you venture 20 minutes to the next town called Zihuantanejo, you will be pleasantly surprised. It is the tourist town where the people of Mexico visit. It is known as the French Riviera of Mexico.
Accommodations:
if you go to the downtown area of zuihua...you can find a decent place to stay for under 30 u.s. dollars.
Restaurants:
There are countless places to eat. I am vegetarian, but the lobster did look quite tasty.
