Glasgow is a city that is normally described as ugly. The city to visit in Scotland is Edinburgh but I think most people underestimate the beauty of Glasgow. There are lots of parks and interesting museums to see. The atmosphere is relaxed and I liked it a lot.

What's really great:
While I was there they had the Architectural Year in Glasgow. I saw an exhibition or African coffins.
Accommodations:
I stayed in the youth hostel. But just a few houses away was a real nice backpacker.
Other recommendations:
I made a trip through Scotland. I went to the Isle of Skye took the train to Aberdeen, the grey city and then back to London. It was really nice and I had only a day of rain! On the Isle of Skye I saw wild seals! It was great!
