Indochina

Yeah, Indochina was great. For Thai you'd need two weeks to see properly! Vietnam as well, or at least ten days. It's the art of prioritising!! Hehe. You could still do it in 10 days - rushing it! Well, except Thailand, I guess. Anyway, I'm sure you'll enjoy Malaysia - I have never been...

Well, I think you should convince them to go to Thailand, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam. I did that few years back. You should find a travel story on this on my website, it is titled 'Not really holy'...
Your friend request come to a junk mail in a subfolder on my email box. So, I only spotted it today. Sorry for the delay.
Happy travelling.
Ciao

Visit to Malaysia
Posted: 2008-02-17 09:33 PM
Hi Amanda,
That is just fantastic news. I could suggest a few places in Malaysia thats great for shopping. First Stop should be Kuala Lumpur, be sure to check out Jalan TAR Bazaars, China Town and Little India for great bargains and variety. Any Taxi driver would know where it is. For more choices do not miss Bukit Bintang Shopping area and Midvalley Megamall.
Penang is also and Langkawi are also shopping havens but you would have to take a flight there from KLIA. Let me know if you need more information on this.
I have not been to Dubai and so I could not really comment on the shopping there.
Happy Travelling!

Amanda, many thanks for your feedback. You are very kind. I am new to Globo and this is very encouraging. I have been to many places, and I would like to post a few more report, I am sometimes annoyed that I only have 2000 characters to express my impressions... ;) I will try to post some pictures as well. In the meantime, you can see them on my website.
Take care, and happy travelling.

Hi Amanda,
I just had a look at your pictures from Pokhara, Sarangkot and the Himalayas. Some of them are really beautiful. I'm looking forward to be there in 6 weeks and hope to have as nice and clear weather as you had.
Kind regards
Bruno
