I loved your pictures from Malaysia and Indonesia. They're making me want to go there even more and I'm really looking forward to my visit there. Thanks for sharing and waiting for more :)

Thanks for your message. I do agree that the distance away of a location in a report doesn't matter and, of course, what is near for us will not be near for members in Oz or NZ.

The reason I never feel I should not be at the top is that my medical condition precludes me from many of the more adventurous holidays that others report.

I shall be much happier reporting on the Færoes where only one of our truly adventurous members has so far reported - even then my trip is not particularly adventurous because we shall be staying in a house that a friend has taken.

It was not so long ago that the number of points needed to hold the number 1 position would have seemed a wild dream. However I'm sure there are quite a few members set to reach higher totals, you of course being one of them and I hope to be another.
I shall be putting up some stuff now after a visit to Cornwall again, although I have already done quite a bit on an earlier visit. I might even overtake you again - for a while, although I know you will be in a higher position than me most of the time.
I wanted to congratulate you - although I know that, like me, point scoring is not your major concern. Even so, it's good to see a real traveller at the top; I've felt that I was just keeping the place warm for a long time.
Keep your great contributions flowing.
