Hi folks, I became an early pensioner in 2015 and now have a 50m² apartment in München-Laim with sunny balcony. This is the first time in my life that I am living alone. Now enjoy my hobbies!

Scared Watering Hole

Rudi,
Thanks for rating my picture. I now understand what you are saying, however it was very unintentional. I was trying to capture different aspects of the Rock and like you said water is very important to the area.

They took the picture off, quality was not good. They are right, I think. Placed a new pic from Norway, like it?

Hi,
thanks for siging my guestbook.
I just got a new job in which I will have to do nothing but drive and film the roads (for a digital mapping office). Therefore I will see lot's and lot's of new things. I was looking for something on the internet to put everything on (pictures, stories, guestbook...) and this is really IT!! I love the concept and will try to keep my page up to date!!
I've been to Hungary only once now, and it has a strange flavor, but I love the fact that I've been there.
I don't know which country I'll have to cover starting next week, but I'll put everything online.
Greetings

Hello Rudi,
Thanks for your comment! Indeed it was beautiful in Norway! We had breakfast at this place, and there was a great silence! While taking a picture I was looking for the horizontal mirror, it worked perfect. Although I must admit that I embellished the picture a little with Photoshop...

Thanks for your comments! Glad you liked the pictures.
Report on Dubai is in progress, you should be seeing it on my site soon. In the meantime you can take a look at the travel log which has details on the trip. It was fantastic.
You've got some *incredible* pics as well...especially enjoyed the ones of Tunisia.
Thanks again for your feedback

Great to see you posting in the forum lately.
It seems to me that you didn't realy got my point, when I was talking about people in pictures, maybe I didn't explain it very well.
I think pictures of people are a great thing to on this travel page, if and when the people are in context with the writing or country. I just dont like very much to see you on every other picture you post (like rudi has been here, rudi has been there, rudi also has been far away). Tis aplies with every member on the list, im just taking you as an example here to explain me.
I really think the pictures you posted lately got the good stuff in it.
The richman-poor man picture is a good shot but it needs the right title as you did it to make it special.
I also like this picture vey much and it realy fits well into our community (in my opinion) http://www.globosapiens.net/wolfgang/picture-nepal-in-the-mountains-1706.html
So keep up your good work!!!

Hey Rudi,
Thanks for reading my Rio report , however my style is no newspaperstyle thats just not me Ive had loads of people signing my guestbook saying they love the way I do things. Im no staight laced person Im all action and laughs and this is reflected in my style of report....I refuse to write a way Im not.
As travellers we are all entitled to our own opinion and while I thank you for letting me know how you feel your opinion is not shared my tens of others .
Ill read a couple of your reports and see if I can drop you some tips on the art of being Taz. Some people call this a sense of humor and I agree its not to everyones taste but this world is big enough for us both to have our difference in opinion and live quite happily in co-exsistance.
Love and Respect.
Matt
