Hello Rafal,

I hope you are well and really, really hope that your travelling plans for November go ahead as planned.

My trip to Germany was quite hectic and included a wedding, a funeral and 2 birthdays. There was also a lot of travelling involved, so no chance of getting bored. I'm glad you like my Bavaria photos, I'll be posting a few more.

We'll be going to the Peloponnese in Greece. We fly into Athens and spend the first night near Nafplio from where we want to visit Epidaurus and Mycenae. Then we've rented a cottage south of Kalamata in Messina for a week. We're hoping to be able to visit Olympia, Sparta, Mystras, Monemvasia and explore some of the beaches near Methoni and Koroni. At the end we'll have 1 1/2 days in Athens.
I'm just praying for some nice weather!

I'm doing a lot of research on our South Africa/Namibia trip at the moment. I love this part of the travelling experience, too!

I've just come back from yet another vistit to Germany, but this time we managed to travel around for a bit as we went to a wedding in Munich and visited relatives in Frankfurt.

In 3 1/2 weeks we'll be in Greece - can't wait!

for your congrats on the AoM award. It was absolutely surprising to get it - I thought Krys' fabulous Venice album or Ralph's stunning Pakistani trucks would win for sure. I am very glad. :)
