Krys, thank you for your comment about my album of the Niagara.
Your sunsets are fascinating and the album is much better than mine, unfortunately. :)
Congratulations !!!
Best wishes,

Hey Krys,
Thanks for your comments on Chas. and Zion. I'm so glad I was able to go out to the gardens yesterday because we are having torrential rains today with more to come. Soggy flowers don't make for great pics!
I really like the idea of theme albums, too. That could open up a whole other genre to play with. Can't wait to see what you put together!
Cheers!
Jill

Cameras,

For many years I used a quite expensive Olympus slr with several lenses and filters, it all combined to make a very heavy case and I used loads of film. Some time ago a friend, who has several digi cameras, invited me to borrow them which I did, I decided on the model I now have because I could see no difference between one at 400/500 pounds and this one at under 100 for what I wanted to do with it, the benefit gained by buying a pro unit may be apparent to a professional but I didn't need that. I can slip this one in my pocket and it will hold around 2500 pics. even I must be able to get some good ones out of that lot, if only by accident!!, Regards Tony.

Someone once said the camera always lies, I do not go along with this, a good pic is not about manipulation but the eye of the cameraman makes it good, your pics of this place make me feel that I have been there. London; in this context boring is good!!. Regards, Tony.

Thanks for the info Krys, I watched the news today and was led to believe that Central London was a virtual no go area but then, good news is never good news, bad news is always good news even when it is bad news, I hope thst makes sense, please keep me informed, that is where I was born (a long time ago), Cheers, Tony.

How did you manage today Krys, the news shows central London as virtually under martial law! what's the true story. I would sooner believe you than the state controlled BBC, regards, Tony.

Thanks for your reply Krys, I am not yet in Greece till 3 weeks, and as I am retired I can stay up all night if I want to, I would advise not to venture out among the protestors, there are some very nasty people involved and that's only the heads of state:-). Buenos Noches, Tony.
