may i give you some suggestions
Posted: 2008-10-27 12:34 AM
Hi, Krys:
glad to be your friend. I notice you have a big plan for 2009, and China will be one of your destinations, but it is in July. May i give you some suggestions? It is too hot at that time, not good for outdoor activities, advise you to travel around in China in May or October, but try to avoid the two National Holidays in China, 1st to 7th of May or October. Have fun there, you will find a new world.

thank you so much for your comments on my travel report about Sienna. I notice you are the real expert and top guy here, but i am trying to do my best to do even better than you. Really appreciate your encouragement. Sometime language is still a problem for me to reflect precisely the subtle feelings.

Hi Krys,
I was also wondering about the name, but then checked with wikipedia that gives extensive explanation about the name. Here's the link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pocari_Sweat

Miyajima Island

Hey Krys,
Thanks for checking out my report, it really is a cool place to visit - did you make it out of Tokyo when you were there?
Btw, the ferry isn't that large but if it's good weather you have to head for the top and enjoy the views of the island getting closer.

Update from Japan
Posted: 2008-10-21 09:39 AM
Krys,
Oh yes Japan is expensive; but I tried to reduce costs by staying in a capsule hotel and eating at more local restaurants; and of course once I'd purchase my JR Pass I didn't have to spend anything else on transportation.
But it is an incredible place that is so worth visiting; I wish I could return.
Catch you later

Portugal

Hi Krys
Thanks for the comment on my Coimbra report. Of course Coimbra is only a small bit of Central Portugal. Each time I go to Portugal, I am amazed at how many top quality sights there are in what is not exactly a vast country.
Cheers

Another award to your collection, and again well deserved. I think it's more for your overall contribution actually, as all your reports are top-notch.
Tak trzymać!
