I only stayed here for a week, but it was long enough to fasten my love for Greece, its people, its culture and its cuisine. I've never been there again since then, and I truly regret it.

I went to Athens in April 1997 and regretted immediately that I could stay for a week only. It was great to explore the Plaka, see the Akropolis (which is my favourite spot in Athens) or just stroll around to do some shopping. I also visited the Military museum, Thebai, Delphi and the Parnassos Mountains, but I think I'll write another story about that.
