Did you know that there is direct flight to Christmas island from Singapore? Ever since I have known this I wanted to visit the islands. Maybe this flight was not there last year when you went. Some time (can't remember exactly when) I found out about the Silk Air flight. I am quite sure that your flight was less expensive though.
Z przyjemnością oglądam dodane przez Pana ostatnio zdjęcia z wyprawy do Arabii. Nie mniej świetne są fotografie z Wyspy Bożego Narodzenia (relację z tej wyspy zamieszczoną na Pańskiej stronie również czytałem i mam nadzieję, że mnie też kiedyś będzie dane zobaczyć tak odległe i egzotyczne miejsca).
Serdecznie pozdrawiam i życzę ciepłych, rodzinnych Świąt Bożego Narodzenia, a w nowym roku - jak najwięcej wypraw w miejsca nieodkryte.

In Cairo I was refused the Saudi visa, then tried again, and again... 1000 ras esli nada. and finally they let me talk with the consul, and arabic, gentleman, very nice, and after hearing my reasons... gave me the visa!
So all depends on the consul. If refused in Sanaa, go to Muscat overland, then to Dubai... paprobai besde, sichas ili nikokda!!! Even Andre knows all the United Nations countries except Arabia, it is not easy.

Panie Wojciechu, trzymam kciuki za całą wyprawę, ale przede wszystkim za saudyjską wizę. Czytałem, że do tej pory niestety nie udało się Panu jej otrzymać. Wierzę jednak, że się uda.
