I went traveling all over the west coast of America so long ago that I will need to scan the pictures - before digital!

San Francisco was great, the seals on the wharf were the highlight as ive never seen so many in one place. After I missed the contiki bus, i stayed another night with a girl id met at a bar ;) then caught the greyhound straight to Los Angeles. San Fran with the terrace homes, proud Gay strip, famous curvy road and Fishermans wharf - was memorable.
Favourite spots:
My favourite spot was probably fishermans wharf... We had lunch down there and spent a bit of time taking it all in. Very nice!!
What's really great:
We all ate at a local chinese restaurant in China town. The food was great from memory. I also enjoyed the nightlife ;)
