The night had been calmer. The raining had stopped. Though, I got wakened in the morning because our system started to beep sometimes. And I could here the clicking of the switch inside the back of the camper. There was something going on and because we've got to be a bit carefull with all those systems, I went out to check what was going on.
I noticed a glimp of a man who was changing our powerconnection. I didn't understand and I was too late to ask him, because he was gone before I reached there.
I got back in the camper, and he knocked on the door.
He appeared to be the owner of the camping (we only had met his wife yesterday to discuss everything) and he told us there was something wrong with the power. We made some collision, which turned everything down.
It took a short while but I found that it was the battery recharger (the thing changed the 230 volts back to 12 volts and gave that power to the batteries). Something broke inside it. Because it's a quite hard to reach place and we could continue all our work, we would call Dominique or Steven on monday.

We had been playing some games on the computer and watched some TV. Why? Well, there was a tremendous lot of fog all over the area. So we couldn't really do something.
Now, at this time we decided to take the chance and try it out.
After two hours of nothing but fog, we stopped shooting and went to some AC Road Restaurant. We stayed on the parking during the night and had dinner in the evening.

We waked up by an alarm. First we thought it was our own car, making noise for the whole neighbourhood. Luckily we distinguished quite quickly that the sound came from somewhere else. Nonetheless we were awakened and couldn't really stay in our beds anymore.
Getting up, finding a bakery and starting the system where the obvious results.

Wouter was driving today and stopped the car on a parking spot. He wanted to bake some eggs and have lunch. I agreed :o).

We still needed to find a supermarket because we totally ran out of food and booze.
We stopped in a place called Haelen. Now, as a campleader, I know the organization which I'm part of, has a camping place in Haelen. But I don't know if this is the same village. We've seen more villages with the same names... One day, I'll ask them.
Anyways, went to a bank for some money and want to the supermarket.
Because it already started to get darker, we decided to stop shooting for today and find a camping (man I needed a shower).
We eventually got at "De Boerenweide". A small camping between Haelen en Neer.

We made spaghetti. Not just the spaghetti of some pre-made sauce you can buy in shops. No, we really cut our own vegetables, baked our meat, cooked the spaghettis etc. It was delicious. Wouter had been cooking already a few times, but this was a topper.
Meanwhile it started to thunder and lighten heavily. The rain poored down and the grass on which we were standing became all soapy.

Up again and started schooting. There's a lot of stratus so we don't know what the day is going to give us.

The stratus didn't change, so we had enough light and no rain to work all day. We've been in and out of Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands whole day long. Maastricht and it's surroundings is now finished and we are starting to move more to the North.
We parked on a strange looking open parking. There were some cars around a big square drawn on the ground. Probably some market place. Nothing told us that we couldn't park there, so we stayed for the night.

We are both tired and decide to stop for today. We park our van close in Simpelvelde or something like that and go get Chinese. It's been a while since I had some good warm food.
After diner we parked the car on a carpool parking from the same village.

We stop at Stein, just over the Dutch border. We park, watch some TV and go to sleep.
