Hi folks, I became an early pensioner in 2015 and now have a 50m² apartment in München-Laim with sunny balcony. This is the first time in my life that I am living alone. Now enjoy my hobbies!

thanx for fixing the cheers/ http thing , i must've been tired. That picture is indeed very unusual , taken from small plane when returning from holidays in townsville qld, just small nikon coolpix2500 against sun , through triple plastic small window, looked terrible , then i spent countless adjustments with photoshop and that's why it look like scaned from old photo from 70ties. thank you for saying that my pictures are good , that mean lot to me , i see many outstanding , breathtaking pictures , when in a bit of jelousy i think i should be traveling more (not only to and from work) . bushfire was under control , that how they do it before THE BUSHFIRE season , to eliminate posible risks.
to the next time. martin

Hi Rudi
This looks fine, even if, as Hugh said, it's not October yet.
Would you consider a message in the Europe forum about a month before the next one, alerting us to the date?
Cheers
David

I didn't copy anything I lived there. I just updated a review I wrote a few years ago on MouthShut and IgoUgo, (ie. the population).

Thank you for your nice message, Rudi!
I would like to teach you to say "well done" in portuguese: "Bem Feito". The world "well" is the used in english both for "poço" (in fact it is that hole where we found water. I´ll post a picture right now of an "well = poço" for you), and also for "Bem", in this case, like good. You probably will not use it anymore, since portuguese is not widely spoken, but I think that could be interesting to talk about this funny and common mystake!
Take care!
Zeca

I should have written it sooner...

Rudi,
Thanks for your congratulations - it is a report I should have thought to do much sooner. We went back packing last month and it struck me that Big Sur is such a perfect spot.
Thanks also for all you do on Globo. I really appreciate members like you who give consistently! It means a lot to all of us!
