Thank you, Eire,
it feels good to know that someone likes my writing. It's always hard work, because I never studied English, I only learned it in school and by traveling.

Changing mountains

Hi Eire,
Thanks for reading and rating my Zermatt report. I intend to write a few more of our Swizerland trip, but it takes time.
I loved to see the mountains chnage in the light, that was sufficient no skiing needed.

The Mighty Zambezi
Posted: 2007-02-11 11:15 AM
Hi,
Thanks for reading my report on Livingstone.
They don't call it the Mighty Zambezi for nothing. I have to tell you I was really fighting for my life when we capsized, so much so when I got back in the raft I was still in shock and couldn't enjoy myself. I kept of wishisng it was all over. Now I look back I can say it was an amazing experience. But I also said if I think about doing a grade 5 again, just shoot me.
But I'm glad you enjoyed reading it.
All the best

Hello,
On a very cold snowy afternoon in London, I just had a look at my report on Jamaica. (well I had to find some way to warm up), I wish I was there now; but I just noticed that you read it also. Thanks eversomuch and I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Btw I've really enjoyed your pictures of Yosemite, the mountains are so dramatic and the sunset so pleasant; some wonderful shots.
All the best.

Congratulations, your 5th and not last award, anywhere. I read the report again and now know why 12 ***** members can't be wrong! like your other reports too you always interact with a place without destroying or warping the reality and facts around it. Great!

Hello again
Posted: 2007-02-05 09:39 AM
Thanks for the well wishes. My next jaunt will be to Skegness in the UK, I'm hoping to have a cycle weekend on the coast. I went there a few years ago without my bike, and really missed having it. Then after that it should be India. But everything is up in the air with dates at present.
Speak to you soon.

Hi Eire, very bad news .Water rationing is not very pleasant at all ,and I guess especially
for property owners with some nice gardens to take care of.
Eire ,I always enjoy your remarkable photography and outstanding travel reports .And
when you post your images ,I put others behind for a while and trying to enjoy yours
as much as I can-they are always one of my first priority.
I’m glad ,that you had a wonderful time in Yosemite ,and by the way ,please accept
my little recommendation and visit Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland at least for a
couple of days ,I bet you and your family will like this wonderful peace of paradise
as well.
Please accept my best wishes to you and your family
Boris
