Once. again, I wish to thank you for the kind comment regarding my report on Loma de Flores. You are an example for all of us to follow.
By the way, I am uncertain about the occurrence of "topes" in other countries. I do not recall them in any other country that I have visited. But, they abound in Mexico. These are what we in the States would call speed bumps. However, the Mexican authorities place them in the most God-awful locations. These speed bumps are about 50 - 75 centimeters in height and about - 1.5 meters wide. They litter the streets of all cities that I have seen in Mexico. If you are driving on the highway at about 100 km/hr, there will suddenly appear a "tope" to slow you. Sometimes there is a warning sign, but not always. If you are unaware, these could very easily tear the rear end out of an automobile.

Your reports and those of Misty (Amanda) have served as templates from which I strive to come close. Thank you for your comments on my report about Salamanca. This was a beautiful city to visit and spend a few days, but I wanted an angle for the report. It seemed as though everywhere I looked there was some type of religious structure.

I was trying a beautiful lake to visit near my country, and I was concentrating myself in Austria or Germany. But now I have chosen Plitvice! I hope to visit it during this summer. Thanks!
