I was there over the weekend and had really nice weather on Saturday and Sunday was more mixed but it didn’t really rain.
I swear the Antrim coast is beautiful. I took the Causeway Coastal Route and the views are magnificent, with lot of contrast from cliffs, beaches and sea views to rolling hills, forest, waterfalls and just plain old open fields. But what beauty! I would recommend this trip to everyone. I’m not sure the best time of the year to visit, as I think it is just the luck of the draw, as the weather is similar to northern England. As such the best time to go is in the height of the tourism season so there are always a lot of people. Well you can’t have everything.

Hi David,
I think that I still didn't congratulate you winning the RoM, but i just read it today and I think that your report is great. Also I just watched your album from the islands and I am really impressed. What a great colours, places and nature. I need to go there some day.
Again congrats
Rafal
I've been following your picture story about the islands. They had been high on my wishlist, but they've climbed even higher now.
And thank you for leaving comments under my pics (I tilted the 'keyhole' pic :)

Thank you David for your great slide show of the Faroes.
You have a great eye for a picture. All the pics looked like they had been taken by the same person, feeling the same thing about the subject. That's a mark of individual talent.

David,
I really enjoyed flipping through you album! The pictures of the church charm me most but I think my favorite is your "View from the Road"! The lovely village nestled on the shore is just perfect!
Thank you for sharing this - it is something I fear that I will never get to enjoy first hand.
Thank you for posting your great album from the Faeroes. I like the mist and low hanging clounds and the wooden architecture. What a lovely place to photograph indeed.
I'm in two minds of what to do; it was meant to be Russia, but I don't think I want to go there right now. Now I'm thinking of Cambodia and Thailand but no plans have been made.
I will however, be in the Caribbean for 6 months come November, so there is always that to look forward to.
I hope you enjoy Portugal and have some lovely weather.
