I was trying to find a picture of one so I could show you, but I couldn't. I could only find a flower from the family of ginerlilies that I saw at the Eden Porject a few years ago:

David,
Riga is on my short list of places I would like to go! I hope you make the trip s that I can beenfit from your experience!
I thought you invited me to the chat room, but when I joined, you were already gone... The system was not quick enough to alert me - I was writing the Ghent report and perhaps that was a delaying factor.
I will be publishing a report on Bruges and Brussels along with the Ghent one. It will take me a while, though.
Scotland's capital is such a great place. I really love it. I once did the scary walk around some allegedly spooky places. It was a great fun, too.

Thanks for getting in touch, I'm not really a sports person but I do enjoy watching RU from time to time. I have had to curtail my activities a little due to a bit of unexpected ill health, including cancelling the Greece trip but things can only get better, I hope to go away in September but we will see, thanks again for your help when I joined the site, your advice has proved invaluable, All the Best, Tony.

for your comment on my Skara Brae report. In my memory this journey was one of the wonderful ones. I didn't only stay on the Orkneys, but saw a bit of the Shetlands, especially the birds colonies in the rock walls of one of the islands, and went off to the Faeroe Islands. I got a glimpse of Scotland too, especially the Highland Games on the Isle of Skye which made me speechless.
