Titicaca islands

David, me olvidaba.
Sólo visité dos islas en el lago Titicaca: Taquile, donde me quedé 3 días, con gente muy nice, con las puertas abiertas por las noches, sin delincuencia, sin coches, sin burros. Y luego estuve en las islas de los Uros. Es todo, se me acababa mi visado de 90 días (lo superé) y tuve multa a la salida a Bolivia (que no pagué, claro!).

Welcome back home my dear friend.
Im sad to hear of some unexpected occurances in Peru but am sure you mean "the experience was great" and enjoyed. I was in S.America for 8 weeks and it was the GREASTEST adventure I had. Sadly also, I got robbed (train to M'P'), arrested (twice), plane almost crashed (emergengy landing), almost raped (transvestites), got sick sometimes and was degraded or cheated often because I could not speak spanish. The experience was wort it!

I would like to ask you a question: Ive been reading your destination postings from peru, I know these places as well!
But I wonder how you place them.
It not through the report site or the travel tips. After they are not placed in the "news field" how can I find them back later? I opened the "guide", select Peru, but find reports and tips only - why this destination postings are editable by others??? Ufff ... to many questions... thanks for you help

Just seen some of your pictures from Spain, and really enjoyed some of the ones from Torla. It seems like a pretty little village.
