France was an extraordinary experience for me. I went there with my parents in 1998. My father is in radio controlled boats, and he had World Championship there. We were camping on a lake in Courville Sur Eure and took a day excursion to Paris, but we saw Chartres as well because it's just 20 km's from the place we were at. I loved France, but I saw the most of on our way back home. We did France by car, and can you imagine 2.000 km's each way trip by a car? It was fantastic. We went Yugoslavia - Hungary - Austria - Germany - France. It was great! Courville is a small town, about 100km's from Paris and it stands on the river Eure. It looks just like you imagine France... It's very quite, 'till the weekend comes. Then, all of a sudden, it becomes vivid and lovely

Favourite spots: |
I have two favorite spots in France. The first one is the centre of Courville sur Eure, a litlle town in the central France, and the other is Cathedral estate in Chartres. I think that these pictures say a lot about that...

What's really great: |
Instead of writting what I liked there special, I will tell you what I didn't find very special and that is The Eiffel Tower... It is big, it is interesting but nothing special...

Accommodations: |
Since I went there as a member of our national RC boats team, I stayed in the camp on a lake in Courville. It was great experiance, especially since I love camping.

Hangouts: |
I was amazed with prices in Paris... We had coffee at Champs Ellyses and one coffee was about 20 ff... But the same coffee on Mormartre was just about 4ff ?!
